The test machine is equipped with a pressure plate, the pressure plate is fitted with a test nail, the test nail is a cutting tip head, the hardness of the nail head should be greater than 60HRC. The sole specimen is placed on the chassis of the test machine, where the test nails are pierced through the outsole, and the test nails are pierced with the speed of the mm/min±3 mm/min to pierce the soles until they penetrate, recording the maximum force required. Each sole is tested with 4 points (at least 1 points in the heel) and the points are not less than 30mm apart, and the distance from the bottom edge is greater than ten mm. The bottom of the anti-skid block shall be pierced between the blocks. The 2 points in 4 points should be tested within a distance of 10-15 mm from the edge line of the implant base. If the humidity will affect the results, the soles should be immersed in the 20℃±2℃ deionized water 16±1h before testing.
